Automatic debit of tuition fees from your account

For the 2021 academic year, tuition fees will be debited from your account on the following dates.

Spring Semester (April to September) June 14, 2021
the payment due dates for tuition fees for the Spring Semester (April - September) has been changed.
Fall Semester (October to March) November 29, 2021
the payment due dates for tuition fees for the Fall Semester (October - March) has been changed.

Please make sure to deposit the amount of money equivalent to the tuition fees for each semester (not for a year but a semester) to your account by the business day before each debit date.

Tuition fees for the Spring Semester will be debited on July 27 if the scheduled debit on June 14 failed.

Tuition fees for the Fall Semester will be debited on December 27 if the scheduled debit on November 29 failed.

Students applying for tuition fee waivers and deferrals

You need to go through the procedures for the automatic debit of tuition fees from your account even if you apply for the tuition fee waivers and deferrals. Tuition fees will not be debited from your account before you are notified of the application results.

After a screening process, if you are entitled to receive a 30% or 50% waiver, or if you are not accepted any tuition waiver (and if you applied only for tuition waivers or if your application for the tuition deferment is not accepted), tuition fees will be debited from your account on 27th of the month following the notification of results.

(If the 27th is a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, tuition fees will be debited from your account on the following business day of the financial institution).

Students applying for a leave of absence or withdrawal from YNU

If you apply for a leave of absence or withdrawal from YNU or if you apply for changes to your enrollment period (in case you are in an extended enrollment status), you will need to follow certain procedures regarding your account transactions. Please contact the Academic Affairs Section of your undergraduate college or graduate school at your earliest convenience.
